The newly constructed 140m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the tied in harmony with the environment. It is located in the picturesque village of Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches like Preveli Palm beach.

Sigma Villa is close to the traditional Taverna of Despina(1km). The food is homemade and the ingredients are homegrown. This facility will accompany your accommodation, if you wish, and although your privacy is our priority we offer the option to socialise, eat, drink and feel Crete all over. Next to the living room you’ll find the a modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday.
This floor also features a bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, open closet, outstanding sea vies and access to the heated pool area. Finally there is a guest  WC on this level.

The ground floor features three bedrooms:
